Privacy Policy.
Last updated: July 26, 2026
This policy describes how quincy.run (“Quincy,” “we,” “us”) handles information in connection with our website and services. Our services are in active development, and our practices may evolve as the platform grows.
What We Collect
Information you provide, such as your name, email, and campaign details, and standard technical information collected automatically, such as IP address, browser type, and usage logs. We use cookies and similar technologies for sign-in sessions, security, and basic analytics; you can control cookies through your browser settings. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store card numbers.
Campaign Workspaces
Data that campaigns upload to their workspaces is available to those campaigns for their own use. Data uploaded to or entered into the services may also be used by Quincy to improve, develop, and refine the services and our statistical and AI modeling, as described in our Terms of Service. Campaign workspaces are private to the campaign; we do not disclose one campaign’s data to another.
Google Services
Quincy offers sign-in with Google and optional integration with Google Workspace. If you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information — your name, email address, and profile image — used solely to create and authenticate your account. If you choose to connect Google Calendar, Google Tasks, or Google Contacts, we access only the data covered by the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features you have authorized: displaying and managing your campaign calendar, tracking goals and tasks, and viewing your contacts within Quincy. Each permission is requested separately, and you may grant some without others.
Quincy’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell or transfer Google user data, do not use it for advertising, and do not use it to train, develop, or refine artificial intelligence or machine-learning models. No person reads Google user data except with your affirmative agreement, where necessary for security or to investigate abuse, or where required by law. Calendar events remain in Google Calendar; Quincy stores only the references needed to provide the connected features. You may disconnect any Google permission at any time from your Quincy account or your Google account permissions page, and we delete associated Google user data upon disconnection or request.
How We Use Information
To operate, secure, develop, and improve the services, communicate with you, process payments, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your account information for advertising.
Sharing
We may share information with service providers who help us operate, and who are permitted to use it only for that purpose; when required by law; or in connection with a business transfer.
Retention and Security
We keep information as long as reasonably necessary and protect it with reasonable safeguards. No system is perfectly secure.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information. To make a request, email access@quincy.run.
Children
The services are for adults only.
Changes
We may update this policy at any time; updates will be posted here with a revised date, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
